Static Dissipative Acetal Sheet
ZL® 900 AS is static dissipative acetal copolymer which permits static to dissipate without humidity or other surface treatments. It does not contain carbon, so it is ideal for clean room applications.
It also has typical copolymer properties of high impact strength, low wear and dimensional stability. ZL® 900 AS is off white/ ivory in color and is FDA compliant.
ZL 900 AS is an antistatic copolymer acetal resin which conducts static electricity along the surface. To achieve these properties, no damp or other surface treatment is necessary. By the excellent surface resistance of 10 ¹º Ω and the capacity resistance of 10 XXΩ cm (both tested to IEC 93)
ZELLAMID® 900 AS is suitable for new applications in the most varied of fields. Especially electrostatic sensitive devices which, in their function can be influenced or even totally destroyed, can be effectively protected by the use of ZL 900 AS.
