Corrugated Fiberglass Panels ePlastics offers heavy-duty commercial grade fiberglass sheets that are available in either flat or corrugated. We have the largest FRP stock in the Western United States, which includes corrugated FRP that is thicker and longer lasting than what you will find at most home improvement stores like Lowe's and Home Depot.
FRP are more dimensionally stable than competing materials such as PVC or polycarbonate. They can be used over a much broader temperature range without concerns of warping, excessive expansion and contraction or cracking and brittleness that is commonly associated with competing materials.
Greca Corrugated Polycarbonate Sheets Polycarbonate is ideal for covering greenhouses. These sheets promote uniform growth from the scattering of the diffused light into the canopy of the plants, and eliminate all shadows. These sheets can be cold formed over arches compromising the UV co-extruded exterior surface. In addition, these polycarbonate sheets are 250-times more impact-resistant than glass and 30-times more impact-resistant than acrylic, creating an excellent guard against hail and eliminating the risk of breakage during installation and transport.
Greca polycarbonate is used as plastic roofing material due to its lightweight, unique corrugated shape, and incredible strength. Greca corrugated panels are recyclable and therefore, no waste is generated during the manufacturing process.
Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets Our multiwall polycarbonate sheet offers a high degree of light transmittance while blocking harmful ultraviolet rays in its structured sheet form. In addition, it offers excellent thermal insulation properties. An anti-drip/anti-fog coating ensures that greenhouse condensation is carried away from the roofing so that droplets will not damage your nursery stock. The structured sheet is economical and light in weight and still is 10 times stronger than acrylic and 200 times stronger than glass.
