Plexiglass - Cast Acrylic Rod

Plexiglass Clear Cast Acrylic Rod from 1/4"OD to 8"OD. Cast Acrylic ROD is sold and priced by the Foot.

Larger via special order. If you do not see the size of Cast Plexiglass Rod listed, we can special order - no problem. Cast plexiglass rod is recommended whenever there will be any machining on the material. Cast rod has much less built in stress from its manufacturing process, is a higher molecular weight, and more chemical resistant than extruded plexiglass rod.

You may purchase cast acrylic rod by the foot. Maximum length is 96" for rod up to 2" in diameter. Larger diameter rod is available in lengths up to 72". We can also bond longer sections together for handrail applications (including bends) if required by our fabrication department.

We can cut to length 1 or 10,000 pc. You can special order longer lengths of cast rod or tubing - we just need to schedule your diameter and length with our production processes.

Stock Maximum Single Rod Lengths and Tolerance:

• 0.250" - 0.375": 8 ft max length, +/- .005 tolerance
• 0.500" - 1.000": 8 ft max length, +/- .010 tolerance
• 1.125" - 2.000": 8 ft max length, +/- .015 tolerance
• 2.125" - 3.000": 6 ft max length, +/- .030 tolerance
• 3.250" - 6.000": 4 ft max length, +/- .045 tolerance
• 6.500" - 8.000": 3 ft max length, +/- .060 tolerance
