Mirrored Plexiglass sheet Acrylic

Acrylic mirror sheet offers a combination of the lightweight, excellent shatter-resistant qualities of acrylic plastic with reflectance. Acrylic mirror should not be used where precise image reflectance is required, except in relatively small components.

Plexiglass Acrylic mirror is not recommended for outdoor use.

Plexiglass Acrylic mirror is intended primarily for relatively small areas - interior applications for decoration, display, and/or where safety considerations require the break resistance of acrylic sheet.

The mirrored acrylic comes in 48" x 96" sheets and is sold in 48" x 48" increments. Please call for pricing on the 48" x 48".

To apply this material to a wall or board, use a water based contact cement. Any other type will ruin the mirror backing. You can also use screws or a double faced tape to apply it.

Enhanced Plexiglass Acrylic Sheets

We use the word "enhanced" to highlight the features of these products:

• Bullet Resistant Plexiglass - Is 1.250" thick or more (search for "bullet" for more products)

Plexiglas® G Cell-Cast Acrylic Sheet

Premium architectural-grade Plexiglas® G satisfies the requirements for all high performance acrylic sheet applications. Plexiglas® G is made by a cell-casting process which provides the following characteristics: best optical-quality, highest long-term design stress, superior weatherability, ease of fabrication, and the highest degree of chemical resistance available in an acrylic sheet.

Plexiglas® G sheet is available in colorless, white translucent and many transparent colors, as well as in a P4 one-sided pattern. Plexiglas® G is sold in a variety of thicknesses, and it is available in sheet sizes of 4', 5' and 6'x8'.

Plexiglas® G P-95/DP-95 Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® G standard acrylic P95 is patterned on one side of the sheet; this is an added texture that provides decorative effects and diffuses annoying surface reflections. The matte finish is available on one side only. P-95 is manufactured via a cell-cast process that satisfies the requirements of nearly all high-performance applications. The matte finish is available in a number of colors with sheet sizes ranging from 48" x 96" to 72" x 96". Thicknesses range from .118" to .944".

Plexiglas® MC Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® MC is an economical sheet produced via a proprietary process known as melt calendaring. It offers many of the same high quality features as Plexiglas® G. In addition, it has exceptional thickness tolerance and can be thermoformed to greater detail. Plexiglas® MC sheet is available in sign white, black, and more than 30 translucent and transparent colors. MC is available in a wide variety of sheet sizes and patterns, with thicknesses from 0.060" to 0.354".

Plexiglas® MC Matte Finish

An industry standard, Plexiglas® MC is a continuous process acrylic sheet that offers exceptional thickness tolerance. Now available in a Matte Finish, this versatile sheet offers more design possibilities. An alternative to P95, MC Matte Finish offers fabricators a wider range of sizes to improve yield and reduce costs. It is ideal for displays, point-of-purchase items, building applications and general fabricated parts. Available in standard widths of 48", 51", 60", 63", 72", and 75" and standard lengths of 96" and 100" with thicknesses from 0.060" to 0.354".

Plexiglas® Frosted Acrylic Sheet

Designed for use in point-of-purchase displays, illuminated signage, and as a lighting diffuser, Plexiglas® Frosted sheet is made from an acrylic resin that incorporates a frosting mechanism that is integrated throughout the sheet structure. This mechanism provides a textured finish on all surfaces, requiring no secondary finishing.

In point-of-purchase displays, the frosted effect hides scratches and fingerprints, and requires less cleaning to maintain an attractive surface. Since the scattering mechanism is integral to the structure, surface scratches and processing have no noticeable effect on optical properties. Unlike surface embossed textures, Plexiglas® Frosted sheet will retain its frosted look after thermoforming.

Designers will find the new frosted sheet attractive for lighting, shelving, tabletops, backdrops and visual displays.

Plexiglas® Clear-Edge Frosted Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® Clear-Edge Frosted was designed using the same resin technology as Plexiglas® Frosted sheet. An added benefit is the application of a new process technology featuring a frosted effect on both sheet surfaces, highlighting the clarity of the colorless or colored "clear" edge. Designed in response to the growing demand for "matte" finish looks, the sheet's middle clear layer is sandwiched between thin top and bottom frosted layers. Clear-Edge Frosted is the ideal choice for designers looking to create attractive lighting, shelving, tabletop, backdrop and point of purchase displays.

The Frosted surface maintains all the attributes associated with our current Frosted sheet material:

* Effectively diffuses the light
* Hides fingerprints and scratches
* Requires less cleaning and maintenance

Plexiglas® Clear-Edge Frosted is sold in standard widths of 48", 51", 60", 63", 72" and 75" and standard lengths of 96" and 100".

Plexiglas® T Acrylic Sheet Impact Series

Plexiglas® T high-clarity impact-resistant acrylic sheet is now available in three grades - T, T2 and T3. Each one offers outstanding aesthetics, rigidity and weatherability in POP and display environments.

Plexiglas® T acrylic sheet grades are available in colorless, white and black. Sheet sizes vary; thicknesses range from 0.080" to 0.354".

All grades provide designers with flexibility, surface hardness and versatile fabrication techniques. Aesthetic appeal is retained even with displays placed in high traffic areas.

Plexiglas® T

Plexiglas® T combines the beauty of Plexiglas® MC with added toughness. At the level of toughness afforded by Plexiglas® T, you no longer have to sacrifice clarity, design flexibility, or fabrication techniques to get additional toughness. Plexiglas® T2

Plexiglas® T2, the second level of impact resistance in the Plexiglas® T family, gives the designer the freedom to explore new designs that may not have been possible with a standard acrylic. It can be used for displays in environments where durability is needed.

Plexiglas® T3 For your most highly demanding POP applications, we offer the greatest level of impact resistance available with Plexiglas® T3. All three levels offer excellent clarity, rigidity and resistance to the effects of HID lighting in POP and display environments.

Plexiglas® Q Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® Q acrylic sheet offers enhanced craze resistance and durability. Improved crazing performance combined with light-weight, optical clarity, excellent weatherability make Plexiglas® Q an excellent choice for retail, cosmetic counter top and point-of-purchase displays.

Plexiglas® Q comes in standard widths of 48", 51", 60", 63", 72", and 75" and standard lengths of 96" and 100".

Plexiglas® Q offers improved shape retention in high heat environments (e.g. lighted displays) and exhibits better machining properties than standard extruded sheet.

Plexiglas® SQ Acrylic Sheet (Sign Grade)

Designed exclusively for use in the sign market, SQ sheet is made by the same proprietary continuous process used to make original Plexiglas® MC. This process ensures exceptional surface finish, optical quality and thickness uniformity in addition to enhanced solvent craze resistance.

Plexiglas® UF-3, UF-4 and UF-5 Acrylic
Some applications, such as document and fine art preservation, call for a material that absorbs more ultraviolet (UV) energy than ordinary glass with absorbing visible light.

Plexiglas® G UF-3 and Plexiglas® MC UF-5 standard and non-glare acrylic sheet finishes filter out up to 99% of all UV rays, as well as some visible light while maintaining the full range of physical properties associated with standard Plexiglas® sheet. Both offer spectrophotometric characteristics that enable them to filter out harmful UV energy.

Plexiglas® G UF-4, developed for mercury vapor lighting applications, can also be used as a protective shield. Plexiglas® G UF-4 does transmit slightly more UV energy than Plexiglas® G UF-3 and Plexiglas® MC UF-5 sheets.

Plexiglas® G UF-3 and UF-4 options are available in sheet sizes of 48", 60", and 72" by 96", and in thickness ranging from 0.118" to 0.472". Plexiglas® MC UF-5 is available in a standard sheet size of 48" by 96", and in thicknesses of 0.060", 0.118" (1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 mm).

Plexiglas® Perfexion® Standard and Non-Glare Finishes for Picture Framing

ePlastics offers a complete line of Plexiglas® acrylic sheet products designed to meet the needs of picture framers, museums and galleries. Plexiglas® SB Bullet Resistant Acrylic Sheets

Plexiglas® SB sheet meets UL 752-Level I for use in bullet-resisting applications involving small arms. It carries US Patent No. 4,505,972. The material is available in sizes of 4', 5' and 6' x 8' sheets. Plexiglas® SB offers a lightweight, crystal clear alternative vs. bullet-resisting glass or polycarbonate of the same UL class rating.

Plexiglas® ELiT II (Edge-Lit Technology) Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® ELiT II (Edge-Lit Technology) acrylic sheet is designed for use in point-of-purchase displays, illuminated signage and light boxes. It offers the technological advantage where light focused on the edge of the sheet is transmitted and evenly diffused to both faces of the sheet. This allows the light box manufacturer to conceal the fluorescent tubes in the profile trim, rather than place them behind the sheet. It eliminates the need for bulky display boxes used for illuminated designs and replaces them with slimmer designs.

Plexiglas® ELiT II is available in pallets of four or 12 sheets in a 0.400" (10mm) thickness. The sheet dimension is 79½" by 120".

Plexiglas® ELiT II has all the mechanical, thermal, fabrication, and weathering properties of original Plexiglas® G cell cast sheet.

The light spreading effect exists in Plexiglas® ELiT II sheet as supplied. No additional surface preparation of the sheet is required. Plexiglas® ELiT II can be curved to create complex and original shapes. Graphics can be on paper, polyester or vinyl. ELiT II lights up to a 24 inch graphic with only one fluorescent tube placed along the edge. For larger sized illuminated signage displays, additional fluorescent tubes may be used.

Plexiglas® Vision Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® Vision is the first super-brilliant acrylic sheet for rear and overhead projection screens. It is readable from every angle, close up, from afar, or from one or both sides. Half the weight of glass and easy to fabricate, Plexiglas® Vision acrylic sheet allows very light screens to be designed in uniquely creative shapes. There are four versions available: white for holographic effects, grays for one- or two-sided viewing, and a colorless heavy matte finish to resist impact, scratches and fingerprints.

Plexiglas® DR® Acrylic Sheet

Plexiglas® DR® impact acrylic sheet has the highest impact sheet in the acrylic line. With ten times the impact strength of standard acrylic, it is the ultimate in toughness and weatherability for formed sign faces. Plexiglas® DR® impact acrylic sheet is available in colorless and sign white, on reels and as flat sheet stock.
