Plexiglass - Clear Cast Acrylic Tube

Plexiglass Cast Acrylic Tubing 1.50" OD up to 24" OD in stock - 72" long is the maximum length (then we have to bond 2 pc together and is available to order). We show wall thickness of .125", and .250". The factory stocks or makes alternate wall thicknesses of .187", .375" and .500" in a variety of diameters. Please email or call for availability. Plexiglass Cast acrylic tubing is more expensive than extruded plexiglass tubing due to the way it is manufactured and the labor involved in producing the tube. The difference is truly amazing - and required for any high stress or pressurized environment. Made from pure PMMA acrylic resins.

Plexiglass Cast Acrylic Tube is SOLD by the FOOT - PRICING is per 1 FOOT LENGTH.

Larger or alternate diameters via custom fabrication. The standard length of a cast plexiglass tube is 72" - you may purchase this tubing by the foot. The clarity of a cast plexiglass tube is phenomenal - since it is cast in a mold, then highly polished inside and out. Cast tubing is significantly stronger and more chemical resistant than extruded tubing - recommended for all lab applications and whenever machining will be done to the tube.

Additional diameters above 24"OD from our molds are:
36.00"ODx.250"-1.0"wall, 44.70"ODx.375-750"wall, 60"ODx.750"wall, 72"ODx1.0"wall, and 96"ODx1.0"wall. Lengths are 90-96" long and you may purchase in 1 foot increments. Lead times vary as these are not stock and require casting them.
