WELD-ON ® 4784 Vinyl Cement
Clear, medium bodied, fast setting, high strength solvent cement for flexible vinyl, leather, acrylic, butyrate and kydex.
WELD-ON ® 1802 is formulated to bond acrylic (poly-methyl methacrylate), ABS, cellulose, acetate butyrate, rigid PVC, and polystyrene to themselves and to each other. It does not bond to metal or glass.
SUGGESTED BONDING APPLICATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
WELD-ON 1802 is a multi-purpose acrylic plastic cement. It is recommended for use in a variety of applications such as large housings, signs, plastic letters, industrial fabrications, display items, lenses and models.
WELD-ON 4007 is specifically formulated for solvent cementing rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), and foamed
PVC to themselves and each other.
BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
WELD-ON 4007 is recommended for vinyl where a light bodied cement is desired. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications. It may be used on both large and small assemblies, large displays, signs, lighting fixtures, house-wares, large and small containers, toys, electrical or electronic assemblies, decorator items, etc.
WELD-ON 2007 is formulated for rigid vinyl, and foamed PVC to themselves and to each other.
BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
WELD-ON 2007 is recommended where a water-thin cement is desired. It is suitable and used on both large assemblies and small delicate assemblies. These include a wide variety of items: signs, large displays, lighting fixtures, housewares, electrical assemblies, decorator items and many other fabrications.
WELD-ON 66 is formulated for bonding flexible or rigid vinyl (PVC) to itself or to urethane, leather, canvas, ABS,foamed PVC, butyrate and wood.
BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
WELD-ON 66 is recommended for fabricating or repairing flexible vinyl in numerous applications: pond liners,
shower pans, pool liners, moisture barriers, waterbeds, upholstery and wearing apparel. WELD-On 66 also bonds
urethane, leather and canvas to themselves and to wood, cardboard, Kydex, butyrate and ABS.
