Plexiglass Sheets Colored Translucent
The ePlastics OnLine Store offers up a wide array of semi-opaque Translucent Colored Plexiglass acrylic plastic sheets. Standard colors (also available in our Samples section) include Red, Green, Yellow, Ivory, Brown, Orange and Blue. Typically used in Signs and Lighting applications, these plexiglas sheets transmit light when backlit. The thicker the plexiglass, the less light transmitted (slight changes). There may be small differences in color between manufacturers and between batches if the pieces are placed side by side. Transparent colors do NOT change with thickness but can have slight differences between manufacturers. Translucent sign color Plexiglass acrylic sheet - from 1/8" thick up to 1/4" comes in standard incremental sheets.
We cut to size all sheets we sell. In fact, by cutting down the material for you at our factory, our customers can save on shipping costs since the final package is usually smaller and ships more economically. Simply add the sheets that you need to the cart, and enter the measurements in the "Cutting Info" box, and then add a Labor-Cutting line item for the number of cuts you need. Simple!
Don't see it? Plexiglass can be color-matched to PMS colors or even a color swatch. We can cast a few sheets by special order in several thicknesses - pricing will be quoted based on color, quantity and thickness.
Thickness tolerances are plus/minus 10% on acrylic sheet. Thickness can vary throughout the sheet. Normally we see plus/minus 5% or less differences. Use this list as a guide converting fractions to what is actually produced industry-wide.
