ABS Plastic Glue

ePlasics stocks and sells the complete line of IPS Weld-On ABS Plastic Glue and Adhesive is available in a variety of formulations.

IPS #2354 is water-thin, quick drying and is mostly Methyl Ethyl Ketone in composition. Good for gluing small parts where fast drying is required. For ABS to ABS only.

IPS #16 (a clear multipurpose adhesive) is syrupy or bodied and fast drying. Best for bonding dis-similar plastics together such as ABS and PVC, ABS and Styrene, where the fit isn't perfect (such as flat surfaces, lap joints). Good in a pinch as we sell 1.5oz tubes.

IPS #4707 is milky-colored, syrupy or bodied and fast drying. For ABS to ABS only. Great where the parts don't fit exactly right, for putting a bead inside a box you are trying to make water-tight, or for bonding applications where a bubble-free bond is not required (bonding solid colors for instance).

IPS #1802 (a clear multipurpose adhesive) is syrupy or bodied and fast drying. Best for bonding dis-similar plastics together such as ABS and Acrylic, ABS and Styrene, where the fit isn't perfect (such as flat surfaces, lap joints).
